"The First Time I Saw..."
The first time I saw that damned hunter staring at me while I bathed, I had several thoughts flash through my head. One of them involved drowning him in the water that I was bathing in. One thought involved stabbing him through the heart with an arrow. One involved feeding him to a bear. Another thought was the thought. The thought that I carried out. I saw him. I saw him gawking. I saw a perfect oppurtunity.
So, I changed him into a stag. Quite simple, really. Originally, I had intended to hunt hunt him for a few days, letting him think that he'd gotten away. An example had to be made. One just can't watch a virgin goddess in the nude with out some sort of backlash. His own hounds chasing him down and shredding him to pieces was something of an accident. A happy accident, but an accident, nevertheless. Oh well. I got watch him get torn to pieces which was really quite satisfying.
Nobody "accidently" came upon me bathing after that.

You are a RPIT--Reserved Practical Intellectual Taker. This makes you a Love Geek.
Heh heh -- you love geek! You are weirdly sexy. It doesn't take people a long time to get to know you, but people *think* it takes a long time, because you are as cool and regulated after a year as you are on a first meeting. You don't tend to date casually -- you just suddenly find yourself in long term relationships.
Your approach to conflict is your greatest asset -- it complements almost every other type. You don't express yourself or your feelings in dramatic terms, but you will speak up to those who do. You are generally calm, but capable of ramping up, and you don't give up until the issue is resolved -- this means even the hottest temper or coolest conflict-avoider can feel comfortable pursuing their satisfaction with you. And you don't hold a grudge -- you get through it, and it's done. You rock.
Sure, you like the sex. And you communicate with your partner well, so you're good at it. But it's not something you would make jokes about or bring up in polite company (not that you don't appreciate that kind of humor). You're no prude, but that's just not your style.
You'd make an excellent parent.
You enjoy food and can be a ravenous eater. A good cook will get your attention quickly.
Of the 238375 people who have taken this quiz, 5.4 % are this type.
No matter how many times I took this insane test, I got the same results. Annoying. I think I'd make an excellent parent as well.

Leaning against a tree trunk, Artemis stroked her chin lightly as she tried to think of somewhere else to go. She'd been in Greece far too long, so that was not an option. Yellowstone Park had turned out to be a bust, souring her opinion of The United States in general. Where a homeless goddess to go? Artemis considered paying Apollo a visit. Maybe he'd have a few ideas?
Sighing, the huntress pushed herself off the tree and took a few steps, intending to take a walk and clear her thoughts. Her vision blurred and suddenly the trees and nature of Yellowstone faded away. Artemis found herself standing in an entirely new setting with a girl standing beside her.
Artemis was a tad annoyed.

When in your life did you feel the most alone?
Alone? Artemis is never alone. With her nymphs and her hounds, she always has someone to roam the wilderness with. There is always someone to occupy that empty space beside her. There is no need for words. They simply need to be there and that is enough for the goddess.
Although, she cannot forget her companion, her fellow hunter, Orion. She sees him every night. She looks up at the sky and sees the stars. The mortals gawk and point out his belt, one of the more obvious aspects to his constellation. Artemis cannot forget Orion and she cannot forget that first night that she looked up at the sky and came to the cold realization that there would be no more friendly hunts. There would be no more conversations. There would be no more Orion. Artemis felt truly alone then, when she spoke to her friend and there was no response.

Artemis had had enough. A Doritos bag crackled beneath her feet as she stalked around Old Faithful, glaring balefully at the crowds of mortals eagerly awaiting the explosion of water. She had had enough of the crowds and the littering and the security officers blathering on about the importance of preserving the endangered animals. The idiotic mortals had hunted the poor creatures almost to extinction. Artemis couldn't even bring herself to shoot at anything and clearly, there was something wrong when that happened.
Well, there really was nothing left to be done then. She was going to leave Yellowstone. The question was...where was she going to go?

OOC Notes
The mun had some issues of her own to deal with, but the muse is now back to play. I apologize to anyone that had looked forward to speaking with Artemis when I first introduced her. Hopefully, she'll be a bit more active now.
